CVE-2019-7153

A NULL pointer dereference was discovered in wasm::WasmBinaryBuilder::processFunctions() in wasm/wasm-binary.cpp (when calling wasm::WasmBinaryBuilder::getFunctionIndexName) in Binaryen 1.38.22.
